Frank carves the Turkey

Feast For a King by
R&N Catering

As November has come and gone the entire Frazetta family made the most of their Thanksgiving Holiday. In years past, Ellie would slave over the stove for days preparing a six course meal for twenty or thirty family members. Her Thanksgiving Feast was one to look forward to for weeks in advance, but she was exhausted for the days following from all the preparation needed between the shopping, cooking and decorating the house. She literally had no energy to enjoy the day with family and friends. This year we all decided she deserved to enjoy this day without slaving over the stove. A local catering service named "R & N" did a fabulous job preparing the feast fit for a King and his Court. The meal consisted of a wide variety of wonderful appetizers including shrimp wrapped with bacon, fresh mozzarella over garden ripe tomatoes topped with basil and olive oil, caviar, lox and shrimp in little tortilla cups along with butternut squash soup. After we stuffed ourselves with appetizers who cared about the TURKEY? Nobody! By the end of the day the twenty five pound turkey still weighed twenty four pounds. Our entire family was stuffed long before the main course ever hit the dinning room table. We all felt like we were being prepared for a kingdom of giants and their Holiday feast. Desserts consisted of cannolies, rice pudding and an assortment of Italian pastries. It was a wonderful day for the family and each of us went home with at least five pounds of left overs. If anyone needs a special day catered, we would highly recommend "R & N". You can call them at 570-588-4098, and ask for Rich.

With Christmas just around the corner I have not decided what to purchase my Dad for the holiday. One thing I can almost guarantee is that the gift will pertain to photography, perhaps a digital camera. More than anything, Dad will enjoy the kids giving him hugs and kisses along with bags of candy and cookies.

Just a quick note to a anyone visiting the gallery store for holiday gifts. We will be closing from December 25th to January 7th for inventory. All orders placed within that time frame will be shipped by January 10th. To assure delivery by Christmas, we please ask to submit your order by December 20th, unless you choose priority or express air service.

All guests who visited the museum Grand Opening will be receiving their gift sometime in February. I have been so overwhelmed with our second set of twins that I haven't had time to sleep let alone finalize the sixteen page booklet. I thank you for being patient with me up until this point. I would appreciate all guests who paid with a check or money order to please email us to verify the correct address. There are only 150 books being printed and we want to insure they are being sent to the correct address.

As always, thank you for visiting,
