November and December News
Hello friends and welcome back to the Frazetta web pages.
First, Mr. and Mrs. Frazetta sincerely apologize for the delay with the Death Dealer statues. The scheduled delivery was October and regretfully we are still waiting for confirmation on delivery. The foundry has just stated the delay was the marble bases. They are in route to the orient and should be polished for the final fazes by years end. The factory also states shipment may not go out until end of January. Every week the progress status changes on delivery. With this news, Mr. and Mrs. Frazetta have agreed to forward a signed Death Dealer print to all of our customers whom prepaid for the statue and being patient with the above matter. The prints were shipped on December 9 th , and all domestic customers should have them in their possession by December 15. Foreign orders will take a bit longer. We realize many of these statues were Christmas gifts for friends and family members so if this is not acceptable, please return the print and we will refund your money along with the return postage. golf2000@ptd.net
Looking out the window it may be a White Christmas in the northeast. We were busy all weekend shoveling the driveway while the grand kids enjoyed sleigh riding for the first time this winter. Dad stayed in during the storm and watched Abbott and Costello tapes with me for hours. We both enjoy the half hour shows with Stinky, Botchagullup and Mr. Fields. The comedy seems to uplift my dad's spirits as well as his Laurel and Hardy tapes. Dad seldom goes out during the winter months, but may venture to his Florida estate in Boca Grande sometime this winter.
The museum will continue to operate until December 20 th and 21 st . It will then close and reopens in April or May 2004. For information, you may call 570-424-5833 or 570-424-2265 during normal business hours.
We are working on many new products for the 2004 year. It will include shirts, rings, mugs and a book of nudes drawn in 1956 while Dad and close friend Roy Krinkle attended art classes. These drawings were done in pencil and Dad told me there were time limits on each piece of 15-20 minutes. He was the only one in class who finished each drawing and the other students barely made an outline impression of the models. The book will include over 100 black and white drawings along with some interesting text as Dad explains how he approached some of the concepts in these pictures. You may also visit www.frazettaapparel.com to see some of the new items for the 2004 season.
With Christmas just around the corner, we are processing your orders on a daily basis. I would recommend choosing the appropriate shipping to insure your order will arrive on time. We ship with the U.S postal service so it will take 5-7 days to receive an order placed from California due to the heavy holiday volume. If you do not receive your order in a specific time frame please contact us immediately to track and reship your item.
The entire Frazetta family wishes everyone a happy and healthy holiday season.
God bless our troops,
Sincerely, Frank Frazetta JR
