Hello Fans:
Now that the museum is open, many fans have had the pleasure of seeing their personal favorites up close. I have spoken with a few patrons and everyone has stated exactly the same thing about Franks art in person.
" Absolutely overwhelming, breathtaking, a dream come true."
" I can not express my emotions at this time", replied one of the visitors..... It is just remarkable, I have anticipated this moment my entire life and now I'm in awe." How does he come up with this stuff, its literally electrifying.
Although all the visitors express themselves differently, the final say from each individual has the same overwhelming impact on them. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to visit the museum sometime in the near future.
Although books and posters extend my Fathers art for the world to see, no reproductions of his art can compare to the vibrant colors and textures of the originals ,
and like myself, anyone who has studied art, it makes it that much more astonishing of the talent he
possesses . I have started on the biography once again and searched through thousands of photos and slides to capture the personal side of my Fathers life, the family man, the guy who would drop his paint brush in an instant to play ball with his sons, or take his daughters for a walk around the park.
The biography will focus on how he was a father and family man, with art taken a second to his family and
leisure time.
Stories that only his family members could tell, growing up
in Sheepshead
Bay Brooklyn, playing ball from early morning till dusk , the gangs and his beautiful black suicide clutch Harley Davidson. Some of these stories are so
bizarre that you will question there authenticity, but they are true. Pulling a pedestrian from the train tracks just before impact, throwing baseball in excess of 400 ft. Putting his famous Conan oils in the oven to dry, just prior to taking them into the publishers office to meet his deadlines.
Hanging out in Coney Island
with friends, Nick, Angelo, Pucci and
Crinkle.

The book will consist of at least 350 pages, both color and black and white. Telling stories from when artist friends would visit and I would walk into his studio at the tender age of 10 and say " Hey Pop, you wanna play a quick game of stick ball?"
and his reply would always be sure, I'll be right out! Low and behold the brush was dipped in turpentine, rubbed off on a dirty rag , then one last swig from his over sweetened coffee and he turned on his game mode. Even when my brother and I were in our hay days, Dad was a
fierce competitor, throwing his trade mark fast ball in excess of 80 miles an hour even well up into his fifties and then getting us off stride with a changeup curve or screwball. The battles went on for years with none of us ever getting the better of one another.
The toughest thing for us to find when we moved
out of the city was a rubber ball that didn't go hay wire when you threw it hard. The quality of the spauldings was rapidly declining and pency pinky was going out of business, this left us with only one option, using racket balls. The only
dilemma was the color, black or blue, making it difficult to follow during the twilight stickball games.

A
film crew from Cinemachine
is on location filming the
biography on my Father. They have already filmed over 2,500 hours with many more in the days to come. This will be a
fantastic way to see and hear about Franks life and should be released sometime next summer. Anyone requesting more info on this film you can email them at,
http://cinemachine.net. We will post any new information on this project as it progresses.
To make my Fathers life complete, and as well as most of you
already know, Frank loves the big cats especially the Black panthers and
leopards. So I have taken the liberty to call around a few of the local animal farms and zoos to locate a
tamed panther. Although my wife and mother are against it, both dad and I think it would be fabulous to have a leopard sitting across his lap with the Cat Girl painting in the
background in the museum.
What a photo this would make for the cover of the biography!!! I know what some of the true Frazetta fans are thinking "Wow! What a great idea," and the more
intelligent fans are making arrangements for the funeral.
I know its crazy but if it is at all possible it will happen.
The local Lion trainer has the most
beautiful leopard that I have ever seen.
He stated that all leopards are very
unpredictable even at a young age. They get very aggressive and will not back down to anyone. He has a young tiger cub and mountain lion that when well fed is quite friendly. If this takes place it will be by the first week of September and you will be the first to see it.

Next week we are taking Frank back to Brooklyn to finalize some of the biography footage. Returning to many of his hangouts when he was a teen to hear him
reminisce of his past. Stories to be documented for you to read over and over again in my new book Biography. I hope to have this ready by Christmas 2001. The cameras will be snapping away and I will show many of the shots in Septembers update.
Once again , thank you for visiting.
