Welcome back,
I apologize for the long delay with the update.
The good news is the museum is now open for the 2004 season. Mrs. Frazetta has displayed a variety of new oil paintings in the museum this year.
Another word of good news is the Death Dealer statues are now in transit from Philadelpia. They should be arriving by May 30 th.
Thank goodness this night mare will finally come to a close. Originally expected in September of 2003 they show up just 9 months late. Mr. and Mrs. Frazetta extend their apologies once again and thank all the loyal fans for their understanding and patience with this matter. By the time we get them in house and have Mr. Frazetta initial and number them we are expecting shipment in a few weeks. As I have stated before, we express oursincerest apologies for this long delay.
Honda motor sports has commissioned the Death Dealer for their 2004 advertising campaign. If you are in Times Square anytime this month there is a 200 ft billboard high amongst the skyscrapers with the Death Dealer overlooking the Honda rune motorcycle. It makes quite the impressive statement. We are also offering just 50 of these extremely large signed and numbered posters for sale in July.
I have just finished the Came the dawn portfolio. It includes an embossed 14kt panel cover along with 32 panels from the originally unpublished Bill Gaines story. The inside cover has all the information written about the story to let the fans know what exactly happened to the story and why it was never published. If anyone has already bought the 1 st few that I had sold on ebay last year, please give me a call at 570-424-5833 so I can forward you the new cover portfolio which was not available at that time. There will be 2,500 initialed copies published and just 50 signed and numbered deluxe versions available.
We are looking forward to meeting Jesse James from West Coast Choppers who will be making a trip out to meet Mr. Frazetta sometime in July. From what I have been told he is a long time fan and has built a Death Dealer bike in tribute to Mr. Frazetta for many years of inspiration and joy from his art. The new film called Motorcycle mania 3 is being released in July on the Discovery channel and the first few minutes of the film is dedicated to Mr. Frazetta and shows exclusive footage of the construction of the Death Dealer motorcycle. If you visit his web site you can see a large selection of photos of the Death Dealer motorcycle. Originally, the motorcycle was to be shipped directly to the museum for Mr. Frazetta to sign the gas tank but with Jesse’s huge demand and hectic schedule it was not to be.
Mr. Frazetta is following the baseball season closely and expects the Mets to hold their own in the eastern division this year. I am also a New York fan with distant hope they can stay within 5 games before they make a move for a few big name players later this summer. My Dad feels that the Yankees are playing unfairly with the money they are spending and although he enjoys watching them play everyday he likes to see them loose when it comes down to the World Series.
Thanks again for visiting with us,
Frank Frazetta JR
