Below is a pictorial guide to the Frazetta art museum. The museum is located on the Frazettas 75 acre private estate so attempting to locate the property with map quest will not give you an accurate location. The zip code of 18301 or 18335 may be of some assistance. Also below I have inserted an alternate route due to the heavy traffic with tourism in the Poconos in the mid summer and fall months. Occasionally, if you arrive at exit 309 in mid afternoon, I would also suggest to take the alternate route #2 at this time. Guide Map #1 From the east or west take Rt 80 to the Marshalls Creek exit #309. This will turn directly in to Rt. 209 North. Continue straight through the first traffic light and approx 3.5 miles to the stop light and intersection in Marshalls Creek. You can only go left or right at this time. Make a left turn at the light and continue straight for approx .7 miles. Please refer to the photos below for added guidance to the main entrance of the Frazetta property. There will be a large white Colonial building called Country Kettle on the right and just a few hundred yards beyond this will be a new storage facility that is under construction. A hundred yards ahead across the street on the left will be the entrance to the Frazetta museum. There will be a small black top driveway with a 3ft tall gray stucco pillar at the main entrance to the estate. Enter here and follow the directions back to the gallery. This is private property and only open to the public during museum hours. Visitors will be asked to leave immediately when the museum is not open. There are also young children on premise and we ask you to to please drive slowly and cautiously at all times. Remember the hours are only Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm. No one will be permitted on the property without permission from the Frazettas on none business hours. Guide Map #2 Alternate RTE # 2 during heavy traffic times or late afternoon hours. Get off exit 309, Marshalls Creek. At the first traffic light make a left hand turn. This will be RT. 447 North. Continue straight on 447 all the way to the traffic light approx 2 miles to the intersection. At the traffic light there will be a Wendy's restaurant on the right. Make a right turn here and approx 200 yards ahead the will be another set of lights. Bare to the right again and take Rt 209 North. Continue on RT 209 North and look at the photos below for assistance and references. A few miles ahead you will see an airport sign then an automotive shop and real estate office called Forneys. Just beyond the road will begin to decline over a steep hill and at the base of the mountain on the right will be the entrance to the Frazetta Art Museum. There will be a small gray stucco column at the entrance. Follow the black top driveway back to the museum. If you miss the entrance by mistake you will see a new storage facility that is under construction on the left side just ahead. Just turn around anywhere and the museum will be on the left.
